Since our products are made-to-order, processing and production typically take 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

From time to time, Klyte may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to reflect in the courier system.
Delays & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
Klyte cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address or contact information submitted by the customer.
Return to Origin (RTO)
Orders that are undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address may be returned to the shipping origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
